Just by having an outside voice offer suggestions and critiques brings your practice to a new level of awareness. \nCoaching helps you execute on the fundamentals and brings you back to the basics which often get forgotten when our practice evolves. \nSee your sedation team transform with effective communication and process improvement techniques. \nWe will come to your facility and provide continuing education and training on the administration of procedural sedation and/or advanced anesthesia techniques to the entire staff. Our programs are custom designed to fit your needs and use a “Sedation Team” approach. Typical programs cover the following: \n\n         Patient assessment and selection\n         Pharmacology & pharmacokinetics of commonly used sedatives such as versed\, fentanyl\, propofol\, ketamine etc…\n         Monitoring\n         Documentation\n         Management of adverse events\n         Sedation team approach\n         Airway management (with hands on skills training\, utilizing multiple airway devices and simulation)\n         Recovery & discharge\n         Quality assurance & process improvement\n         Questions & Answers\n\nAll participants receive verification of completion for Sedation Certification or Credentialing purposes and continuing education credit\, samples of sedation related forms\, facility setup and preparation advise\, policy and procedure development assistance. \nLive patient procedure observation services available. \nFor more information or to discuss scheduling please email us or call 888-581-4448 \n*The price for this service is $5000 and includes travel and lodging. \nA 50% deposit  of $2500 is required to schedule this program at your office.
